Several years ago I watched a Japanese Animation series called Cowboy Bebop. On that show was a dog named Ein (German for One). A short legged dog with big ears. I instantly fell in love with the character and sought out the name of this unusual breed. I quickly found out he was a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and I knew that, when I was ready, that would be my first dog out on my own. A few years and a wife later we finally decided it was time to bring a puppy into the house. Of course, our first dog was named Ein after the character that started this obsession. Soon after he got a little sister names Suki (Japanese for Beloved). They are more than just our pets...they are our kids.
I started this forum to try and meet other Corgi owners in and around the Omaha, Nebraska area. But it's open to any and all Corgi owners anywhere in the world. I hope this becomes a place where people can come together and share their experiences, knowledge, and love for these amazing, lovable, short legged little crazies. Pembroke or Cardigan....Nebraska or New York....come in and enjoy!!
Thanks, and look forward to talking to all of you!!
